So, i got a free pregnant doe (she thinks) off craigslist. She was bred to a male lionhead previously, and had 5 kits. The person I got her from said they were 6 weeks old, but I doubt that, as they weigh 0.45, 0.75, and 0.61 lbs. Both adults were over 5 lbs, like my mini Rex pairs, and they are 6 weeks old, and they are over 2 weeks.

I am not a fan of back to back breeding. Since rabbits can breed hours after birth, it isn’t a good idea to keep males and females together. She is going to get a long break after she has her kits.
