Lab 1: Soil Math/Chemistry Review

These are videos that will help you with Problem Set 1. If you don’t watch the entire video, make sure you at least click on the end of the video and understand how the processes work. This will save us a lot of time in lab.

Unit Conversions and Dimensional Analysis – 6: 47. Learn why conversions and math are necessary, why we use the metric system, and how to convert lb/cubic ft to g/cubic cm.

How do Dimensions Work Together? 4:01. This video teaches you how to use volume and density to calculate the weight and area covered if I spread wood chips 6 cm deep on my property.
